Magic Mill Pressure Cooker In 2021 [Review+Guides]

I’ve been using pressure cookers for many years, and this one is my favorite. My Magic Mill Pressure Cooker is an 8Qt and all my previous cookers were 6 Qts, and I use them a lot, so it is nice to have a bigger one.

This is my second Magic Mill product, and I have noticed that this brand is of very high quality.

This one came with all kinds of little accessories with it. The cooker has an electronic control panel with lots of options. You can even use this to steam veggies, cook bread or desserts, brown your meats and even use it as a slow cooker. There are lots of pre-set settings or you can just cook for however long you need.

The one thing I make the most out of this is my grandma’s Italian Chicken soup, and it turns out perfectly every time. In my video I state you can’t set your cooker for any amount of time, but I did eventually figure this out. Instead of using the “soup” or another pre-set buttons, just press the “Pressure Cook Time” above the +- buttons. I use the manual setting for 65 minutes (because it has to cook chicken & hamburg).

Overall I give this cooker a 10 out of 10 rating.

  • Sturdy; very well made. Heavy duty.
  • Large 8 qt size
  • Electronic control panel

  • I had a hard time finding how to manually set a time.
